It is essential to reiterate that although the LA Command will be dissolved, we encourage all local Ladies Auxiliaries to continue with their normal operations to uphold the work of supporting their respective branches. As per General By-Law 801.c “A ladies auxiliary to a branch shall be under the jurisdiction of the branch.”

| Dear Comrades, As we start this new term, we would like to remind you about the Ladies Auxiliary Liaison Committee. Our role is to support Ladies Auxiliaries throughout this Command and help foster strong and collaborative relationships with their Branches. We’re excited to introduce the committee members for the 2025-2027 term: Kathy Wishlow (Chair), Sunshine Coast Karen Crashley, Sunshine Coast Micheline Sen, Vancouver Island Nancy Fitzpatrick, Lower Mainland Together, we bring valuable experience and knowledge with respect to Legion processes and Ladies Auxiliary operations. We’re here to offer guidance in areas of governance, procedures, and help with any issues that may arise, supporting both branches and Ladies Auxiliaries in working effectively together. Updated LA Pro Forma (available below) A newly updated LA Pro Forma is now available for Ladies Auxiliaries interested in updating their LA by-laws. If you have any questions or need assistance with this process, please contact the BC/Yukon Command office. LA Membership & Per Capita If your Ladies Auxiliary has not yet submitted the 2025 LA per capita or updated nominal rolls to BC/Yukon Command, please do so as soon as possible. 2025 LA per capita rates: Please note, rates are reviewed on an annual basis and are subject to change: Ladies Auxiliary Member – $10.00 Ladies Auxiliary Life Member – $0.00 (no cost) We are looking forward to working with you this term.
